I am an artist who likes to express herself in different ways. It can be through painting, poetry, weaving and needlework.

I trained at the prestigious RHOK Academy of Art in Brussels, combining classic drawing with silversmithing and jewellery-making. My paintings have been exhibited in Belgium, Scotland and Bulgaria: in group and solo exhibitions.

I draw inspiration from life, like most artists; I produce landscapes, portraits, still-life and abstract forms in a range of materials. In my oils -or, occasionally pastels - I'm using the medium more like aquarelle than the traditional impasto style.

For several years I lived in Bulgaria where traditional folk art revived my love for weaving. I have been working on a vertical loom as was part of the Bulgarian tradition. The results can be found in the weaving section.

For four years I have been living in a small village in the Cotswolds in the UK where I was running my own small business, the Authentic Belgian Waffle Cafe. My creativity went into setting it up and developing it which was a great pleasure and successful. I won LUX magazine's European Cafe of the Year Award 2017 of which I am very proud.

In June 2018 I moved to a small village in the North of France and I am looking forward to see where my creativity leads me this time...
